You Stretchy Thing

You Stretchy Thing, led by Katie Hayward, is happening Thursday and runs from 6.30 to 7.30pm.
It’s a movement class with a mix of dynamic stretching and strength based exercises with influenced by Pilates, yoga and dance release work. Suitable for all levels and abilities. It encourages healthy alignment, posture & release of every day tension in the body, assisting faster recovery from weight lifting or injury, and good for allowing the mind to relax so there’s more space for rest and creativity.
The classes are £10, please bring a mat.
