| The Ministry Training Course is initially a four-week course with a balance between the theology of ministry and practical application. The course is held on a Thursday evening and starts with worship followed by teaching, questions and practical application. After this candidates can apply to join the ministry team. The understanding being that they will come to further seminars and be prepared to minister twice a month or at times when there are special demands. |
