Developing leaders is very important to us here at St Mary's - there are various ways you can develop your skills from taking part in courses to engaging with various programmes such as 3D network.

We also encourage the whole church to get involved with the different ministries we have here. There's always loads going on with opportunities to serve, use your gifts and develop in the areas you feel passionate about. Whether it's helping out with our regular meal for the homeless, going on an Out There team or being part of the worship group there's lots to get involved in.
