Since 2006, St. Mary’s has hosted theological training provided by Westminster Theological Centre (WTC). Since 2009, this has happened in a slightly different way, as St. Mary’s has joined the New Wine Training Partnership (NWTP); a three-way partnership between WTC, New Wine, and local churches such as St. Mary's.

Undergraduate and graduate training programs are currently available at St. Mary's through the NWTP. Each program is University-accredited and can lead to an undergraduate (Bachelors) degree and a graduate (Masters) degree, respectively. The teaching for these courses happens in St. Mary’s on Monday evenings, for 24 weeks of the year in addition to two 5-day blocks of intensive teaching.
