Nursery Head Teacher
Term Time Only £20,000 - £21,500

Have you always wanted to work in a small, well supported nursery surrounded by passionate staff and local families? St Mark’s Nursery is based on the St Mark’s Church site and takes 2,3 and 4 year olds. We are situated in a multi cultural urban priority area close to Finsbury Park and we are looking for a committed and experienced Early Years specialist who is sympathetic to our Christian ethos.

To be successful in the role, you will be an organised leader who can effectively guide and manage a small team of staff and who is excited by seeing young children learn and develop. Knowledge of the EYFS, computer literacy in MS Office and demonstrable experience in the day-to-day management of a newly established and rapidly growing nursery, or an equivalent setting, will be well regarded. A minimum of NVQ level 3 is mandatory for this role, as is a current CRB and suitable references. Working hours are 8.30 a.m – 4.30 p.m. Salary dependant on experience.

Start date: Mid April 2009 preferable, early September 2009 essential.

Nursery Teaching Assistant
Maternity Cover, Term Time Only £11,500

situated in a multi cultural urban priority area close to Finsbury Park and we are looking for a
committed and enthusiastic teaching assistant who is sympathetic to our Christian ethos and eager to join a well supported team.

A relevant qualification will be well regarded and some experience of working with children is
essential. Working hours are 8.30 a.m – 4.30pm. This role is subject to the applicant obtaining a satisfactory CRB check and validation of suitable
references.

Start date: Early September 2009, but potential to start Mid April 2009.
